5 Get Ready For Summer Salad Recipes from ZagLeft

It’s warming up here in Houston.  The birds are chirping, walking in the mornings have become pleasant again and I hate to mention this, but I think I even got bit by a mosquito the other evening.  Although we’re still due for a few cold days ahead, I can feel springtime in the air and I can’t wait.

This is the time of year I begin to push my jackets and heavy sweaters toward the back of my closet and bring out the sleeveless shirts and shorts.  With warmer temperatures come lighter meals in our house.  Lighter meals often include salads which are hearty and full of flavor.
