Frequently Asked Questions

What Is The Best Way To Mash The Cauliflower?

I like using an immersion blender, but a regular blender works as well. If you prefer a more textured mash, use a masher instead.

Can I Use Frozen Cauliflower?

If using frozen cauliflower, be sure to thaw it first.
