Spicy Mashed Cauliflower
Creamy and spicy Mashed Cauliflower is a great alternative to mashed potatoes! Low in carbs but high in nutrition.

Ingredients

medium head of cauliflower
, cut into florets
1/2
cup
heavy cream
1/4
cup
milk
1/4
teaspoon
garlic powder
2
tablespoons
stone ground mustard
1
tablespoon
butter
1/2
teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Bring about 1/2 inch of water to a boil in a large pot. Add the cauliflower florets. Cover and steam until tender, about 5-8 minutes.
Remove from heat and drain water from pot. Mash the cauliflower with a masher or with an immersion blender.
Mix in the cream, milk, garlic powder, mustard, butter and salt.
Stir well and serve.
