These Maple Cinnamon Crescent Rolls are perfect for a morning where you don’t want to work too hard to make breakfast. These crescent rolls are certainly a hit at our breakfast table in the mornings.  A touch of cinnamon alongside a hint of sweet maple syrup packaged inside a buttery, flaky dough and finally drizzled with a maple glaze.  Easy and delicious!

To make these delicious breakfast treats, first open and unroll a package of refrigerated crescent rolls.

Place softened butter, sugar, cinnamon and a touch of maple syrup in a little bowl.

Mix it all together to create a paste.

Spread a spoonful of the buttery sugar mixture on each crescent roll triangle.

Carefully roll each crescent roll and bake them in the oven.

After the maple cinnamon crescent rolls have baked, mix together powdered sugar, maple syrup and heavy cream to create a glaze.  Drizzle the glaze on top of each hot crescent roll.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz can refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 4 tablespoons butter , softened (1/2 stick)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

GLAZE

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Separate dough into triangles.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the butter, sugar, cinnamon and maple syrup.
  • Spread the sugar mixture over each dough triangle.
  • Roll up the dough into a crescent roll.
  • Place on baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • Remove the crescent rolls from the oven and drizzle the glaze over each one.
