These Baked Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps make the perfect meal and would be ideal to serve as a Game Day snack. Easy recipe and ready in less than 30 minutes!
Unlike much of the country, Houston has had a very mild winter. Highs in the 70’s make it feel more like spring than winter. This is pretty normal for our area, January comes around and we often don’t even bring out our coats.
What makes January different than other months is the fact that it’s intense football season. Truth be told, I’m not even a huge football fan. But, I love watching football with family and friends and I especially love watching the “Big Game” because of all the delicious snacks that go along with it.
I usually plan my game day menu for weeks and I want to make sure I have something on our buffet table that everyone who joins us will enjoy. After all, in spite of whichever team we happen to be rooting for, nothing unites us like food does.
I try to keep things simple when we all gather together. Nothing is worse than being in the kitchen cooking while everyone is enjoying the game. That’s why these Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps are on my menu this year. Aside from being one of the prettiest appetizers on the table, they’re the easiest to make too.
Chicken Lettuce Wraps
This easy recipe for Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps features Farm Rich Buffalo Style Boneless Chicken Bites. These baked boneless chicken bites are made with all white meat and come with the classic Buffalo sauce we all know and love.
I nestle two to three chicken pieces in the center of a large lettuce leaf, spoon a little extra Buffalo sauce over the tops and garnish with thinly sliced vegetables. Wholesome ingredients along with delicious taste make these chicken bites a real #HalftimeHero at my house.
Even though my five children are mostly grown and mealtimes are a lot less stressful these days. I still find myself rushing to get healthy meals on the table for my husband, daughter and me. Farm Rich helps me keep life simple with their carefully packaged, quick-frozen products. Their snacks are “Real-Life Good” for “real-life families” of all sizes.
Game Day Recipe
Make these lettuce wraps a part of your game day spread and serve them along with Farm Rich Jalapeño Poppers. These little bites have a little kick to them but are perfectly balanced by a smooth, creamy layer of cream cheese. The two go so well together and can be on the table in under 30 minutes.
