Salmon topped with apricot ginger glaze on a bed of sautéed spinach on a large plate

The dried apricots gave the delicate sauce a lovely sweetness that paired well with the salmon.

  • It's a wonderful and easy low-carb dinner.
  • This apricot ginger glaze cooks quickly and is ready in just 20 minutes.
  • The glaze is very flavorful and perfect on the salmon.
