We grilled burgers last night for dinner and  I felt like a plate of chips would be perfect to accompany them. Here's a recipe for fried sweet potato chips that is delicious.

Heat the about an inch of oil in a skillet.  Scrub, peel and thinly slice the sweet potatoes.

Put the potatoes in the hot oil and fry until browned about 1 1/2 to 3 minutes. Make sure to turn the sweet potatoes over after about a minute so the sweet potatoes brown on both sides.
