A bowl of Greek yogurt topped with cinnamon, raisins, and pecans

To continue with my efforts to eat healthy this year, I’m sharing with you today this recipe for an easy to make breakfast.  I combine a cup of plain greek yogurt with a handful of raisins and a sprinkling of pecans.  I sweeten it a little with a half a packet of stevia and a dash of cinnamon.

Nothing exotic, just a creamy, delicious and very satisfying breakfast.  One of the many things I love about this breakfast is that you can basically sweeten it with a dash of honey or maple syrup instead of the stevia and throw in a handful of whatever nuts or fruit you have on hand.

Join me in eating healthier this new year and put this greek yogurt breakfast in your weekly breakfast menu.
