Put about an inch of water into a large pot and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to a simmer and place the bowl of chocolate chips on top. Make sure the water doesn't touch the bowl.
Stir the chocolate chips until completely melted.
Turn off the stove and remove the bowl of melted chocolate from the pot.
Place the bowl on the counter to cool completely.
After the chocolate has cooled, temper the chocolate. Place the chocolate back on top of the pot and heat again.
Turn off the stove and remove the bowl from the pot.
Place the bowl on the counter again to cool.
After the chocolate has cooled a second time, stir in the nuts and raisins.
Place a teaspoon of the chocolate into small "mini" muffin tins.
Place the chocolates into the refrigerator to cool for a few minutes.
Remove the chocolates from the refrigerator. Let them sit for a minute or two and pop them out of the tins.
