Crush the crackers in a food processor or Ziplock bag. Pour the crumbs into a large bowl and stir in the sugar and melted butter. Press into a pie pan and bake for 5 minutes or until golden and set. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool.

Mix the clementine zest, clementine juice and egg yolks in a large mixing bowl. Add in the condensed milk and mix until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the crust and bake for 15 minutes.
