Ingredients
1 1/2cupsall-purpose flour
3/4cupyellow cake mix
1tablespoongranulated sugar
1/2teaspoonbaking powder
1/4teaspoonsalt
2large eggs
2cupsmilk
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1/2cupsprinkles
FOR THE GLAZE
1cuppowdered sugarsifted
2tablespoonsmilk or creamuse more or less liquid depending on desired consistency

Instructions
Mix together dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix together eggs, milk and vanilla in a separate bowl.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, stirring very gently until combined. Stir in more milk if needed for thinning.
Stir in the sprinkles.
Heat a griddle or frying pan on medium to medium-low heat. Add a tablespoon of butter to grease the surface.
Scoop about 1/4 cup of the batter onto griddle.
Cook until surface of pancakes have a few bubbles over the top, 1 to 2 minutes. Flip carefully with a spatula, and cook until browned on the underside, 1 to 2 minutes more.
TO MAKE THE GLAZE
Measure the sugar into a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of the milk and the vanilla. Stir until well blended. If desired, thin the glaze by adding additional tablespoons of milk.
