Rich and creamy Butter Pecan Ice Cream - this no-churn, no-cook ice cream is so easy to make and sure to become a favorite. No ice cream maker needed for this delicious summertime treat. | ZagLeftButter pecan ice cream was always my dad’s favorite flavor.  My mom always tried to keep a container of it in the freezer for him.  Dad wasn’t big on sweets but he couldn’t resist butter pecan ice cream.

Frankly, it’s hard for me to resist it too.

No ice cream maker needed for this delicious summertime treat. | ZagLeftThis homemade butter pecan ice cream is made without an ice cream machine. It’s another one of my favorite no-cook, no-churn ice cream recipes.  No-cook means that I don’t use any eggs in the recipe.  In fact, the main ingredients I use for the ice cream base are whipped cream and sweetened condensed milk.

To the base, I add buttery pecans coated in a light brown sugar glaze and vanilla which provide a sweet and plentiful crunch.

  1. My family loves butter pecan ice cream too. It is really so addictive and no matter how much I love unique flavors, I adore this particular classic. I’ve never considered making it before though. This no churn version is just irresistible!

  2. I love butter pecan ice cream! And I agree- you don’t need an ice cream maker to make smooth, creamy homemade ice cream. 🙂 I haven’t used my ice cream maker in years! I always make no-churn versions. Can’t wait to try this one soon!

  3. Oh my GOODNESS. This ice cream is swoon-worthy, and I love that you made it no churn, too! We don’t have an ice cream maker — probably a good thing since I’d get myself in trouble if we did — and I love whipping up an easy no churn recipe during a hot day. Definitely gonna have this one on hand since we all love Butter Pecan!
